EXADRAIN was developed from repeated real site challenges identified across new housing developments over many years.
Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, founder Matthew Embleton repeatedly encountered inconsistencies in how drainage exit points through external brickwork were installed from plot to plot. These variations often led to avoidable remedial work, delays, and increased pressure on site teams later in the build programme.
Having seen the same drainage installation challenges arise time and again, Matthew developed EXADRAIN, the patented drain exit solution designed to improve installation consistency, reduce risk and remedial costs, and support compliance across residential developments.
